This ready-to-use training package is designed to provide HIV clinicians (including physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists and social workers, and counselors, specialists, and case managers) with a detailed overview of screening patients for at‐risk alcohol and other drug use and conducting a brief intervention with patients to reduce their at‐risk substance use. The training package contains a PowerPoint presentation including pre- and post- knowledge tests, a trainer guide with detailed notes for trainers, videos modeling SBIRT and handouts for participants.
